スペイン発のインテリア雑誌『Apartamento』が2016年よりスタートした、年一回刊行のレシピブック『Apartamento Cookbook』シリーズ。

「チューバーなのか、チューバーではないのか」。
それが第8号『Apartamento Cookbook #8: Tuber, or Not Tuber?』の問題である。本書では、シェイクスピアの『ハムレット（Hamlet）』の有名なセリフを地下深くへと、自問自答している。そもそも「根菜（tuber）」とは何か？これまでのレシピブックは食卓の定番食材、スパイス、またはスイーツに言及するのに対し、「チューバーなのか、チューバーではないのか」は読者を料理界の「あるか、ないか」に引き込み、様々な根菜を活用したレシピで回答する。各レシピにはからかうような「チューバーチェック」が付属し、標準的な料理本をゲームのように楽しませ、地下深くに潜る様々な美味しさ、チューバーかどうかを読者に紹介する。
